It\'s always nice receiving quality customer service. In fact when I receive service above and beyond our social norm, I make it a point to do as much future business with them as possible simply out of appreciation.

The managment and service reps here are top notch and always take time to explain not just the answers to my question(s) but an explain including information relevent to my question I may not have thought of asking.

On one occassion I was asking Richard for a product told too me by a friend. He asked me how I was planning on using it. I told him and he showed me a product that was a superior alternative at a savings and recommended on another occassion not to buy something else after consulting with me.

I can all appreciate saving a little money anywhere possible. Greenfire Hydro has saved me tramendous amounts of money and time by educating me and helping me avoid costly mistakes that can ruin months of hard work and any potential for increasing plant quality and taste.

I personally rate Greenfire Hydro 5 Star Customer Service and will always buy from their store as they have looked out for me by giving me thier knowledge.
