The people who wrote these reviews are either employee\'s or friends of the owner randy. The reason i say this is because they basically both just told you everything that the store is not. They are not helpful with products. When you ask about one they just try and sell you whatever product offers the biggest profit margin, not the biggest results. The store is always out of stock, the people working aren\'t much more helpful than a 4th grade science class.

I have been to several gardening stores, in the Fresno area, and keep coming back to Payneless. Their inventory is quality, organized, and to the point. Busy, or not, the employees have ALWAYS been polite, knowledgeable, and eager to assist. I do not know many places that I can just pick up the phone...get a person rite away, and have any/all my questions professionally answered any time needed.....A+ for Payneless Gardening.

Randy takes the time to explain everything in detail.He will tell you the truth if you need something or not.He doesn't b.s. you.Thanks man without you I would be lost.If you like great service than stop by you wont be disappointed!!!!!
