Visited this store to get a few supplies. Rachel and Nick were great! Knowledgeable, competent, and trustworthy information. What they don\'t have in stock they find in a catalogue and can order. If you are interested on equipment or nutrients they know hydroponics. I was even more impressed when I found their catalogue with some real good info and reminder items for experienced growers inside. The catalogue allows you to compare several manufacturers items. I picked up their magazine and am looking forward to perusing it tomorrow. A great store to order from, for beginners to get info about the professional\'s tools and feed of growing, and to talk shop. I will use this store in the future and am glad to have found it. Unlike some other places where one finds arrogance or ignores customers, this store offers a valuable service of respecting folks who drop by. I hope it remains this way! Thanks!

Wow, finally I have come across a good grow store. I walked in and was greeted by all 3 employees with a smile. They worked fast and furious to load up my ride and got me out of there in a jiffy which was very nice. The store was hugr and clean which was very nice. The Big guy with the tattoos was extremly helpful and educated me on Ph and TDS like never before. Thanks for helping out guys!

Dude - so many times I have gone in there for very commonly used items. This last time was for earthworm castings and I get \"sorry bro, we just ran out, I think more is coming this week\". That was on a Mon, came back on a Thurs - still no damn earthworm castings! Again, this is about the fifth and final time this has happened to me. On top of that, the customer service kinda sucks. The guys are nice but slow and brainless. For example as I was being helped - already told the dude I just needed a bag of coca soil, he starts helping some other pushy dude who just walked in with a bunch of questiones. I stood there ignored for over 5mins before I walked out with my girl.
