I was a long time customer of this grow store (7 years) because it was local and years ago there were less grow store options. However, after multiple experiences of staff rudeness, some mocking and a perpetual disinterest from the staff in providing any help or advice, I vowed never to return and I haven\'t. Now I frequent Way to Grow in Boulder and have nothing but glowing things to say about that grow store. Boulder Hydroponics and Organic\'s selection is adequate, but I am happier patronizing a grow store that doesn\'t leave me angry and unsatisfied after every trip.

Well I would just like to say that I have been shopping at this store for sometime now and choose to get all of my growing supplies there. The inventory is outstanding as well as helpful staff. The prices are good and as growers we should try to be understanding of the times and realize just how busy these stores have been recently. I have to disagree with the first comment. I have always been treated with respect from the staff and will continue to shop at this store.

this store is terrible. The customer service is the most disappointing, I would assume with such a small store they would be able to keep items in stock or just dont carry the item. Also I would expect to develop a relationship with the employees after spending thousands of dollars there; however the last two times i got questions like \"is this your first time here?, and the dumbass working there didnt even know what dyna-rock was.... bhocenter, you lost alot of business because of this. All my associates and I go to Way to Grow for the helpfulness that is missing at bhocenter.
