We are a despensery and buy frequent, therefor we like to pay less then retail, so I did get 20% off retail, sounds fair, untill I saw that they bump up the prices with 10% first, I talked to the employees about it, they cant do nothing , its the management, so I had a call from the management, and the first thing he did was screem to me that his employees where sick and tired of me asking about that I thought they where fing me,
I told the management, that it is absolutely in my wright to talk about this isue, and if he would yell to me again then I will hang up, so he did and I did, so no more business from us, that is a total of 3 growers

Prices were over MSRP and the idiots behind the counter need to go back to school to learn basic science.

The employees are very knowledgable and helpful. However, during a phone call to the store I could hear the owner yelling at the employee that was talking to me on the phone. He was yelling at her telling her to get of the phone. She tried nicely to tell him she was helping me, but he kept yelling. I went to the store anyway because they had what I needed. While at the store, two employees helped me pick out the supplies i needed. I already knew exactly what I needed and had a list. I had a few other questions about timers and such and they were helpul. While checking out with over $1,700. in product on the counter I asked about being tax exempt. The owner began yelling at me for asking, and told me I could leave and that he didnt give a damn if bought anything or not. I almost walked out but didnt want to cut of my nose just to spite the rude owner. I purchased the full $1,700 worth of product and the prices were good.

Will I go back ? If I do it will be to harass the owner. Its just to easy to set him off and could be fun. Unfortunatly he will just take it out on his employees and they have enough to put up with him being the boss. I wont go back. I will now go to the Grow store on Garden of the Gods road. I suggest you do the same.

I had visited the store at first looking for some panda film. I found the employees knowledgeable and helpful. On my third visit, I was desperately grilling one of the employees about my mite problem when the owner of the store walks up to us and begins to scream at this poor employee about his work ethic and how his time should be spent helping customers that spend money. I could not believe what I just herd. I began explaining to the owner that i do indeed spend money here. At this point the owner turns to me and said \" Sir, I could less if you ever come back but if you aren\'t buying anything you need to leave.\" I left.

I feel sorry for the employees having to put up with him.
