It is a shame that people are so negative (especially if it is competition choosing to write such comments. If you were a customer, please sign your name and we will rectify the problem! If not, whomever chose to write these comments should have enough respect to sign your name! Their store has always been friendly, respectful and willing to go the extra mile to find or recommend what you need. The UNKNOWN authors above really aren\'t telling the \"truth\" or they would sign their names!

what a joke. only one personnel. couldn\'t answer simple question such as what is difference between perlite and vermiculite. quoted me price for 400 mh and it was $79 more for exact same item from another \"real\" operation only 3 miles away. also...complete set up (ballast, light, socket, shield) are not in stock. you need to pay first and order will be sent to your home via manufacturer. Beware!!!

big rip off store. found same items at \"legiti\" hydro retail store in area not only at 20% lower price but Bestes salesman (only 1) didn\'t know difference from high pressure sodium to metal halide. no stock on floor. had to order light set to be delivered to my home.
