I placed an order and they charged my card but didn\'t respond to any inquiries regarding the order via email. So I called the (888)# number and left a message and finally found the (516)# above and called that which I spoke to a very nice person named Sean who verified my order would be shipped today. So far everything is cool, they just need to communicate with their customers a little more. I will follow up to let you know how the shipment arrives...
Decent supplies, terrible company

These guys have decent selection, but their customer support is pretty much worthless. After a bad ordering experience with them, I looked around on the web for reviews. Wish I\'d done it before hand. It looks like just about every order ends up either damaged, wrong, or weeks late. Mine was all three.
