ive been to field of dreams prenty of time and every time they never have anyone there u ring the bell and no one ever show up so i leave but yesterday i finally went into the store and had a girl there and i was asking her if yall had certain stuff and she was like we only have stuff thats in the store and she like i need to study for what i want or study of learn about what i wanted before i went back to that store or something like that, and no wonder they can sell anything pleace for your information stupid girl i know i lot more than she knew, she was all lost . and beside it her job to try to sell something insted of trying to push me out of the store telling me i need to study or learn more about what i wanted, maybe she need to learn how to sell, i had money and was willing to buy or spend money but insted i left and this is for the owner of the store dude you need to have people inside the store may be u could sell more product oh yes and also have employees that now what there selling because the girl was really bad she ****

Im from Austin,Tx where getting anything to grow indoors year around is pretty easy. I moved up to Lubbock and was in need of some important products just to keep my garden going and a ran across Field Of Dreams. Its a nice little store with a lot of merchandice. I was surprised that they had huge light sales, carried a lot of unique brands and mediums and carried a great selection of nutrients. They also had a catalog I could order from and they even carried L.E.D grow lights!! None the less it was easy to find about anything I needed like I was back in Austin. When you get one of their representatives the young man i came across was extremly knowledgable, and wasn\'t trying to upsell me on anything I didnt need, at the same time giving me a lot of pointers and help. His name started with a D. He Broke down soil gardening compared to hydroponics, knew a lot about all the different brands the carried even the different lights used. My experience was fun, and helpful! Hands down though for a hydro store serving what im guessing is New Mexico, Colorado. and North Texas. You gotta give these guys credit where its deserved. I\'ll def. be coming back!!

I went yesterday to this store to find some indoor grow products. We got there a few minutes before it was closing, and had to go to the adjacent store. One of the employees was nice enough to cash out at the register and help us. He was very knowledgeable in indoor growing, helped me find the right products on my list, and gave me some great tips on my first time. Excellent customer service. Good fertilizers and nutes, got a reflector/socket, an amazing CFL, and thermostat all relatively cheap. Would have been cheaper online, but I\'m glad I went here. I received a free sample of Bloombastic for my purchase, along with 4 free magazines and catalogs. I plan on going back today when I return some other ferts I purchased elsewhere to get some Fox Farm fertilizer. Thanks Field of Dreams!

I have been to your store three times. On every visit I have wanted to look around and find the products that I needed to purchase.Every time I startt looking and figuring out what I need to get a sales person interrupts me and trys to start hard selling me stuff. I have politely said,\"Allright, thank, I\'ll let you know if I need something.\" and I start all over tring to get my list together again. SIX times she did this until I finally got frustrated and left. again about a month later,i visited again, excited to get my products.This time after the 3rd time,I thought,\"Crap!why won\'t they let me shop instead of interrupting me every 2 seconds so that I can enjoy shopping and get the things I need?!!!!!\" the third time, I thought maybe, just maybe I can get my stuff this time. Nosuch luck.Constant pestering, so I left again,swearing to never come back. I was so dissapointed at not being able to get wwhat i wanted that my mother spent $700.00 at your store before Christmas getting things i didn\'t really need or want. true I can use some of it,but the real kicker is that when she got it home after the man put the merchandise in her car, not every thing she had paid for was there! I am really agravated with your store and you can bet that not only will I never buy anything from your store again,(thank God for being able to shop online!) but I will be sure and let anyone else that I know who also gardens hydroponically the experience that I have had at your store and encourage them to shop elsewhere for better quality of service.This is really a shame since i just received a loan to start my own hydroponic farm and Lubbock is so convienient for me.
