If any one who has been to a real grow shop walks into this store all they can do is choke from the smoke in the air then laugh at the out dated products (talking some nutrients that have been sitting on the shelves 5 years old) and half dead plants in out-dated systems. And WHAT is with her prices?? I cant even afford to look around in there :)

I have been there several times and find that the lady is always helpful. They have what they have, and you can get it NOW, instead of on the net which takes us at least 2 days. They do not have everything, but who does. I am in Orem, and an inventor of hydroponic related items, and I find it convenient to go there and get what I need. Ordering by telephone is more cost effective because Orem is some distance away from the store. Recently, we were looking for a special kind of ROCK WOOL. They stocked just what we were looking for. We ordered over the telephone and it arrived the next day. Give this store a try, you may find what you need, and it is close for most of the people in Utah.

This is a dingy little hole of a store, run by a woman who chain smokes inside the store. There are few to no plants grown inside, and everything is filthy and disorganized. This is the nastiest grow shop I have ever been to. It\'s the only one in SLC, though, so this is the only show in town if you don\'t want to wait for online retailers\' orders to ship. Anything purchased at the shop will have a noticeable smoke odor when you get it into your car or home. Your hair and clothes will stink, as well. Any grow store is better than this one.

I am an organically certified grower of tomatoes and peppers. When the season ends I collect seed stock and start next years crops.. I do this in a grow hut under MH lamps... When I need lights, trays or advice I go there. The privacy thing I get, cause not many people do grow tomatoes in the winter ;) The shop is on 3300 S and a bit above W. temple, kinda hard to find the first time but easy after that.. Prices are competitive with BG Hydro and much faster ... plus by the time they ship your goods, you lost 2-3 days...

The lady that works here is usually veryhelpful when you ask her advice. The equip is a little pricier then you will find at online warehouses like htg.com but if you value privacy then i think she is the only game in town. I always get my chem from her very good selection i use botanicare but she has fox farms and a few other lines as well cloning gel net pots bulbs etc are all available and honestly who wants o go online for that stuff? SO if you hydro go there
